Peter Michalak
VP – Operations
Starting with Bluewater as a safety manager in 2014 he’s advanced through a number of operational and business development roles until taking on his current position as COO. His responsibilities include oversight for the day to day operations of the company and ensuring that all of the systems, resources, and people are in place to achieve the goals of the company. A key function is building employee alignment with the company’s goals and meeting the key targets of the organization. His focus is on improving operational efficiencies and guidance to the business as it continues to adapt and grow. Peter works closely with all levels of the organization in the planning, development, and execution of Bluewater’s corporate strategy.
